What are the biggest red flags in a person?

Patterns, not single moments: pressure and urgency, guilt used to get a yes, rules that keep changing, stories that don't hold together, how they treat people who can't do anything for them, and never repairing after a fight.

Am I being paranoid or is it a real red flag?

Look at the pattern over weeks. One rude moment or a slow reply is usually just life. The same behaviour repeating, especially pressure, guilt or secrecy, is worth taking seriously. Writing down dates helps you see which it is.

    What is love bombing?

Very intense attention, gifts and big promises very early in a relationship, often before you really know each other. Not everyone who is enthusiastic is manipulative, so watch how they react when you slow things down or say a small no.
